The building has been conceived as a spinal system. The connective tract interconnects four perpendicularly attached wings. The east wing dominates with eleven floors, and the other three wings descending to the west each have six floors. The floor plan of the building allows for up to 6,500 sqm per standard floor. Two separate receptions allow the building to function as two independent parts. A restaurant will also be located on the premises. Parking, archives and technical equipment will be located in the underground floors.
