The unique location with its exceptionally attractive views was a challenge, but also a great inspiration to create a novel concept for a modern offi ce building. After defi ning the basic architectural guidelines and axis, which interact with the neighbouring properties and help connect it to the area, the main theme for the architectural expression of the entire complex became:

 

• consideration toward the natural characteristics of the area, respect for existing trees and vegetation, and terrain
• large-scale, dynamic appearance
• a "fleet" leading in the direction of the city under the command of the flagship
• clear open compositions of clean forms
• uncompromising strong "edges" which add value to the luminous effects of sun light
• expression of energy and strength
• aerodynamic forms symbolising the ability to surpass opposition
